Tips for busting wobbly bits.

Hi, does anyone have any tips for toning up the wobbly bits that appear over the top of your bra, around your back and under arms particularly. I have a strapless dress I have bought for a friends wedding in a few weeks and although if fits, I would like to feel I am not being so squeezed out of it.

Hi Vanessa93,

I've found a video on the NHS Weight Loss site, that you might find helpful:

I'm sure others will also give you some pointers too.  Really great that you've got your strapless dress ready - and I'm sure you'll look great in it at your friend's Wedding in a few weeks.

Lowcal :-)

thanks.x

I recommend tricep dips. Even just 5 or 10 a day, you can do them at home using a step. Make sure you do shoulder stretches after too. You want to strengthen while also staying loose and flexible. I found tricep dips really good for the back of arms and shoulders area. Also how about doing couch to 5k? You could get halfway through in the time between now and your friend's wedding, even though it's about learning to run it's also a good upper body workout :) It's amazing how much difference a little exercise can make. Remember to keep it fun and manageable. Good luck :)

Thanks, I have downloaded the c25k app and will start it after I have completed the Moonwalk, concentrating on my walking at the moment.
