Week 5. Bye bye 1st stone πŸ˜€

Well hello there. 

As u may be able to tell, I'm delighted to have lost 2lb this week meaning I've lost 1st 1lb overall!! Soooooo happy to be past that 1st point. No inches lost anywhere this week but I had good inch loss last week so kinda expecting I wouldn't have much this week. 

I can see the difference in the mirror. I love that my waist and cheek bones are coming back into their own! 

I've stuck to my 1200 a day calories this week but only managed 5 workouts instead of my usual 6.

I'm really proud that I've stuck to plan so well as I had a car crash this week (my first ever one as a driver. Not my fault. No injuries, just damage to my car) and it really shook me up. I know something stressful would normally have been an excuse to just be lazy and order takeaway instead of cooking healthy or for me to turn to chocolate but I didn't!!! Massive achievement for me. 

Hoping to lose 2lb a week for the next 2 weeks to take me into the 12 stones.

Onwards and downward!

Starting weight: 14st 4lb

Current weight: 13st 3lb

Total lost: 15lb

Left to lose: 52lb

    Now you are onto week 6 you will be well in the habit of eating properly so I feel sure you will hit your next target of 'into the 12's' 😊

  • Well done on your weight loss and non-scale victory of not turning to comfort food during time of stress & glad you're not hurt. I'm a week behind you and hope that I might reach 1st next week, week 5 too! You're doing brilliantly and making really good choices...keep it up and you'll soon be teeny tiny!

  • I'm not gonna lie modge, it's a chore at the moment for me but I always feel a billion times better once I know it's done and I haven't made any excuses.

  • It's great to lose that 1st stone, well done. I did today too and I know how pleased you must be, and to get into the 12s will feel good . I got into the 16s today and that feels good. I can't wait to get to the 12s, I dipped into them briefly just under 20 years ago after delivering a 9lb daughter haha

  • It seems a lifetime ahead of me... last time I dieted I got stuck and nothing i did took me under 15 stone and it then just started creeping back on again... This time I am determined to get under 15 stone and progress on from there too... fingers crossed and  mouth shut haha
