Had a good run this morning and things are back on track :)

Got up early this morning to do a quick 5k run (I'm doing couch to 5k). Feeling pretty good and ready for my 5k obstacle colour run next weekend! Off to a body Combat class later today and walking 4 miles to and from work from tomorrow. Let's do this :D

I just love running, but haven't done a 5K for a couple of weeks, only shorter dashes, thanks for reminder. Definitely going to do a 5K this week. Obstacle colour run sounds fun.

Gosh , that sounds fab , I'm in week 5 of the plan , but still not got breathing and running  ! But getting a bit better . Still seems a very long way off 

I'm looking forward to being able to run 5 k  you make it sound so giddy
