LE JOG....Lots of calories required!

I had to feed a guest last night who turned up on a bike; he requested "as many calories as possible" which makes a change!  Turns out he was doing Le Jog which is LANDS END to JOHN O'GROATS cycle ride!  I fed him extra rolls, a cheesy starter and extra meat on his main meal; he refused pudding (full up!)  Needless to say, there wasn't an ounce of spare flesh on him!
