Starting over

I had days on and days off lately due to a lot of things that were going on in my life, I gained 3 kg back so today I am starting over from day one and I hope this time without any problems. I have a "liver diet" to follow too, so let's see how it goes. I bought some suplements, green coffee, brand new weights, anti-cellulite massager and jumping rope to quickly get back on track and hopefully stay on it. :)

EDIT: it's 1,7 kg gained not 3, just checked on electronic scale! : - )

Good luck with you new weight loss venture.  The best and most useful aid to losing weight is to use an online calorie counter like Myfitnesspal or Nutracheck - you can see at a glance what you are eating and where your calories are coming from.  To look after your liver, avoid high fat foods and alcohol, and also not too many painkillers either.  Take care and good luck!
