Really struggling

Oh what am I doing?? Not doing well at all have 1 good day then 2 not so good ,had really hoped  to up my exercise this last week and eat better but family stuff still getting me down. Managed the gym and had to miss out some exercises my sciatica been worse think its stress ,fed up resorted to tablets and hot water bottle some days. Also had bread and cake this week gosh knows what that was all about ,I had managed to cut both out for 6 weeks .Weigh in on Monday had been looking for 3 lbs since last fortnight but unless I survive on water alone that no gonna happen !! :-{

  • Remember why you are doing this and that will motivate you to get back on track. It's not too late to still have a good loss on Monday! I look forward to hearing your successes in Monday. 

  • I'm so sorry you're having such a tough time dish, but I think you're putting too much pressure on yourself. You're already stressed and by setting yourself targets that you keep missing, you're setting yourself up for failure and more stress.

    I'd like you to have a look at asics threads. She has very cleverly and very successfully set herself small targets to meet for each day. She tells herself that the change is for just one day, therefore not putting any pressure on herself to do this forever. Her progress is amazing  and totally inspirational :)

  • My willpowers gone awol since Tuesday and have been feeling worse for eating rubbish. Make a fresh start with me tomorrow and no matter what the scales say on Monday keep going and reap the benefits the following week!

  • Not been on for a day or 2 ,had an ok day yesterday and ok today still hopeful for tomoro..Stillworrying about stuff but trying not to sabotage my good work so far ,I am away next weekend with friends so aiming to be focussed till then .
