Day 1

Having lost 2 1/2 stone last year (1 stone of that having crept back on) I'm determined to lose the remainig 2 stone 11lbs before Christmas.  I have my 40th birthday in September so would love a large chunk of that off by then! Am using My Fitness Pal and walkig as much as I can, but I recently had major surgery so have to be careful what exercise I do.  Fingers crossed I can crack this once and for all :-)

  • Well done on last year's weight loss and all the best for a successful journey this time.  September is 5 months away, so I am sure you can lose a fair bit by then.  The walking will help a lot, it is my favourite go-to exercise!
