Well, this week has been filled with cravings and temptations. I have a couple of birthdays today that I had to make cupcakes for last night. I deserve a medal for not even having a taste. They smelt gorgeous. I love baking so much!
Exercise has been an effort this week but I've stuck to my 6 workouts for the week and that feeling once it's done is amazing! I love that after feeling.
Tried a couple of new foods this week that I saw on a couple of dieting blogs. Celeriac (which I cut into chips and roasted) very nice & very low calorie and quark which is surprisingly like Greek yoghurt.
I lost 1lb this week which I have to admit was a bit disheartening after having lost 4lb a week for the last 3 weeks but I suppose it had to slow and steady itself off at some point. However, I've lost an inch off my waist (4.5 overall) which I'm delighted about. 0.5 inches off my hips, leg and arm so it's all paying off in other ways.
Aim this week is for a 2lb loss. Wanna get past the first stone.
