First week - Result!

Completed week 1 of the NHS 12 week plan. I've enjoyed planning, shopping for,  and cooking healthy, nutritious low calorie meals, and eating them of course.  Stayed within my 1400 calorie allowance and walked a total of 425 minutes. And..... tadah......I've lost 4lb.... really pleased 😊

Wow, well done.  I am on day two and am trying hard not to go near the biscuit tin at work. Thankfully no temptations at home. You must be so pleased with your weight loss.  Makes it all worthwhile.

Amazing well done. I can only hope my hard work will pay off with such a large number in my first week!
