Day 4 all is well

Been here many time in total lost 5 stone. Turned my life around thanks to the help from this plain now just one stone to go. So the last 4 day have been good. Had a few headaches put that down to drinking too much Pepsi max over a big bottle in a day now swoopped that for fizzy water and blackcurnt. Even eat out once only Sainsbury cafe which show all the calories of there meals. The weekend coming up hope can lit the bbq.

    Hopefully the weather will hold for the bbq, the forecast looks promising so no doubt there will be the smell of burning food all around us! 

    You have done briliantly so far, in losing 5 stones, one more to go, a bit like myself now. 

    So how do you keep motivated to lose that last one stone?

  • The stone has been a sod stop start since Xmas was on for it a few months ago got to week 5 then hurt my back and messed it up being a postman helps with walking have been running for some time now just watch out for the snacking at night 

  • Just heard something on radio that there may be snow for the London marathon.... so the barbecue could be interesting depending on where located!  Have a good one!

  • Doing so well now gareth0073, you have recognised how near you are to your goal weight and still making changes.  I love that you have planned your weekend both drinks and eats.  And prepared contingency plans.  So impressed.  Make sure that the blackcurrant doesn't have sugar in.  Like cranberry, it is one of those fruity drinks where they pack sweetness in to cover the sharpness of the fruit.  So you need to make sure you always buy the right one, the sugar free one.  Been caught out myself with that one in the past.
