I started the plan on Tuesday morning and already I am feeling so much better. I have had a great start and managed to keep myself away from all the fizzy juice and sweets which I didn't think was possible. Yesterday I walked 7.5 miles with a friend and I am just about to head out on my second run on the couch to 5K. Even bought a set of skipping ropes!! I have managed to keep within the calorie limit, with 1210 and 1247 calories each day which makes me happy and found myself saying no to cake yesterday which has never happened! Feeling like I have a lot more energy and I'm looking forward to exercising and stepping on the scales on Monday. Can any recommend any good meals for breakfast and dinner?

I have about the same calorie allowance as you and allow 200 calories for breakfast. I like overnight oats soaked in 0% greek yoghurt and frozen berries or half a grapefruit and a small slice of wholemeal bread with a small banana sliced on top...both come in at about 200 calories. Not everyone likes the bread/banana thing though but I find it quite filling. Or perhaps smoked salmon and rye bread or poached eggs...depends how much time you've got! At dinner I have about 400 calories and it's usually something with lots of veg like stirfry, curry or chilli...I go light on carbs generally and have a light dessert.
I'm glad you've got more energy and feel better, I started a few weeks ago and feel energised already too which is amazing as I suffer from fatigue! Well done and keep going! 😉 x
