Back on track

Just a quick update on my getting back on track after a gain of 1.3lb. Have cut out the bread and butter and pasta and rice....all my favourite foods.  Two spinning classes so far and one booked for tomorrow..kettlebells this morning.  Away for girlie weekend and am going to take it easy with food and alcohol.  I'm eating well and am surprised that I am not craving the carbs.  Still having cereal and basically weighing everything and logging into MFP. I have a long way to go but maybe have finally got my head round how to achieve success!!!!
