Some visible results

First of all thank you all who supported me after my 'plateau' post. I can happily announce, that I have lost 1,5kg after, mainly due to some serious calorie cuts on some days. On other news: I think I have gained some back, which is due to my birthday weekend. It was a feast. I will not deny it. But it was fun !!!!! Now I am going to a week long holiday to my parents'. Pray for me dear shrinking friends, pray! A week in a different country with Mom's best dishes....oh dear. I am planning to be sensible and go for runs to lessen the impact. I am not a saint, so I will not promise to say no to all the lush, but this is a good I am 67.5 kg today. I shall report back on 3rd May, and hopefully, will be still 67.5 kg.

  • So glad to hear you have lost after your plateau. Birthdays have to be celebrated so don't be too hard on yourself. I am sure if you make sensible choices and do plenty of exercise then staying with your Mom should not do too much damage. Hope you have a lovely time :)
