Happy Monday all 🙂
Well, this week has been HARD! We got a new 6 week old puppy so I've been pretty sleep deprived and constantly tired. However, I've pushed on through. Kept to my diet and 6 days exercise (which has been an absolute effort) and I'm delighted with a 4lb weight loss this week! Seriously over the moon. That's 12lb down in 3 weeks! 😀😀😀
I've been a bit obsessed this week with diet programmes in tv (fat chance, my 600lb life & obese a year to save my life). I think watching these people on their journey has kept me motivated for mine. Anything that keeps me on track can only be a bonus.
The aim this coming week is a 2lb loss. Let's go!!! 💪🏼
