first target reached

I've been struggling to lose weight for sometime. I am diabetic type 2 and so it is beneficial for me to do so. A major target has been to get under 100kg and today when i got on the scales i was for the first time 99.9kg. I've still got a long way to go and am really happy to have reached this goal. The two main ingredients to my success have been a low carb diet cutting out bread, pasta and sugars and eating more vegetables and fruit. In addition to this I have also increased my running.
