There is a picture in my mind of me attached to a long Bungee ...pulling and stretching to get away from the remembered pleasures of illicit food.  Every so often, the bungee wins and pulls me back and I find myself sneaking cold meat from the fridge, pieces of cereal out of the packet, scraping cheese sauce out of the saucepan, and so on.

I know these habits are wrong and undoing all my good work (and probably won't get counted in my calorie diary)....and sometimes if I am not careful, the bungee will send me back the other way into a full scale binge!

Now, once again, I must take up the slack and gently start back in the right direction.  Weigh and count everything, keep busy and active, stay focused.  It's just that these old habits die hard!

Haha DartmoorDumpling   😊😊😂. This made me chuckle 😊 Apparently some people have an invisible switch inside them that tells them when they have had enough to eat, well, I don't have one!!! Lol 😂 So I am guilty same as you 😕 I Just have to hide it, cook in portions, put away after dinner, pour fairy liquid into it (my daughter's tip and that works!) put on bird table, even in dogs dish if it's suitable, anything to stop me nibbling leftovers etc 😊

Good luck my friend 😊

Oh DD, I've been on that bungee, in fact I've only just managed to get off after a couple of months of bouncing around aimlessly.  Back to basics for me this week.  Stay focused.
