Hello I'm new here I have 3 stone to lose and I'm desperate to lose this weight without fad diets. I'm hoping I can do this I'm using my fitness pal to help me
Well, this is a fun place to be losing weight. Take a look around the site. There are lots of mini challenges etc going on. All are there to motivate but most of all they are fun. There are also lots of good health tips.
For me, it's the people on here who motivate and encourage me. There is always someone to offer advise, praise your "ups" and support the downs.

Hi Srt6565! Myfitnesspal is a good calorie counter and way of recording your weight loss. I've had my share of fad diets but at the end of the day it's about how much food you consume. I wish you the best of luck on your journey x

Hi, I have lost 3 St 4 lb since no 13 , I did it by country ting every calorie sticking to around to 1000 weighing every day, plotting a graph having no wine, cake or chocolate, and it has worked. I feel so much better knee does t hurt an need a whole new wardrobe, so good luck and be deter in ed.
