Why is that when we are on such a high we suddenly hit a wall then self sabotage knowing exactly what we are doing.
I have kept to my cal intake yet my gym has become so hard not sure if it is because I have alot on at the moment, having to clock watch due to having to do other stuff, due to money issues due to daughter being ill and helping her a personal trainer is out the question.
Yes I have a goal and I head to the gym with good intention but once I start I can't concentrate, I need to tone up that is my problem. Weight is good.
