New week, new start

its Monday, and after a rocky weekend and feeling like I failed my diet... Today I'm forgetting that and starting a fresh.. 

Reflecting on the good things I've achieved over the last twelve weeks, the stone in weight I've managed to lose and looking forward to continuing with that now! Telling myself I've proved I can stick at this, and I can do it again from here on out :)

Yes you can do it! I slipped numerous times but I just let it out here exactly like you did and with everyone's support you will get back on the wagon.

You slipped pick yourself up, dust yourself up and start a fresh clean sleet. A new Monday a new you!
