Surprising things

Two things surprised me today. 1)  I lost 0.5kilo this week (amazing considering the chocolate uppage that naturally comes with Easter) and 2) after a big lunch today I haven't felt hungry at all (which is not generally my style at all). Thank you all so much for providing support and sending good vibes my way. Love it when a plan comes together ;-)

Hi Gonnadoit, well done you! I've struggled this week with treating myself at Easter!! My stomach keeps expecting more :-)

I'm a big fan of decent lunches 😊 Struggle all afternoon without 😕 Much prefer lighter evening meals. 

Well done on the weight loss. Onwards and downwards 😊

Getting the balance right for how to split the calories over three meals seems to be the key. I'm a 300/350/350 plus snacks/drinks kinda a gal :)
