Hi All - a rest day today ( i.e. at work!!) so minimal amount of exercise but lots of stair climbing. Legs a bit achey after yesterdays run - think they are re-discovered glutes....
On the weight front i have lost half a pound - so relatively pleased with that but someway off my target
Target 5.5 pounds in 10 days - i know ambitious -
Day1/2 start weight 12 5.5 aim to lose 5.5 pounds lost half a pound - 5 to go....
