This sounds daft but I am proud of having got through yesterday without going out and buying any biscuits, chocolate, cake or ice cream. Had a real urge around three o'clock, and again after dinner, but got back to the tidying I was trying to do. I did have a Rolo dessert - the last one in the fridge, and a couple of my husbands white mice, but once they're gone, they're gone. Normally of late I would wolf at least a packet of biscuits and or a tub of Ben & Jerry's, so feel this is an improvement...

Good going - there are so many temptations out there and if you're like me, when you fancy it, you really really fancy it and so hard to resist.....

I'm hoping for willpower at the weekend *gulps*
