gainer this week, no regrets

So a mcflurry (ripple) happened, so did dumplings, chips, bit of a cheese burger off my friend, half an easter egg, a toffee crisp, extra chicken and mayo sarnie late at night and 2 mini egg chocolate cakes ... gained 1lb which i am ok with, shocked but giggling at what i have just wrote, i wanted to share this to show you all that it's ok to gain, i have gained 1lb since last week and it has took me back to 11 stone 11lb :) but ya know what.. i had such a good week! pics as proof
