Monday weigh in

Right so last week I measured 198lbs this week I weigh 199lbs. I have put on a pound but unlike last week I do not feel defeated. I have made my goals and set realistic targets with a non-food related treat for when I reach each milestone. I know what I did last week that sabotaged my weight loss so this week I'm going to make better choices!

However, it's going to be tricky as I feel really under the weather with a cold so I will have to be extra strict to avoid comfort eating!
