I would just like to thank everyone who replied to my post. With your help I have managed to get myself organised this past week and am now 6lb lighter :) I've been making up rolls everyday, taking fruit, nuts, yogurts and a flask of tea to work. I have also had a couple of chocolates (my lovely clients feel the need to feed me!!) but have still managed to lose weight. I usually drive between clients, but this week (time permitting) have left the car and walked a couple of times. I am so glad I decided to ask for help - I think you've all given me the wee boost I have been needing for a long time, so thank you again and I'll keep you posted on how things are going

    I didn't respond to your earlier post, and sorry that I missed it - but I am thrilled to hear that you found the responses you had were helpful, and that you have been able to get organised and espeically that you're achieved a weight loss of 6 pounds - that is fantastic progress. Really well done. :-)

    Have you seen the Welcome Newbie post yet? It's in the Pinned Posts section on the right-hand-side of the homepage, and was put together by Moreless. There are lots of things going on in the forum if you are interested in joining in anything.

    You are making great progress, and it will be great to read your future posts - I am really sorry I missed your first one.
