I completed week 7 this morning and can report a total loss of 18lbs, which I am really pleased about. I am not exercising in a formal sense as the house move/gardening etc is keeping me active but I am strict/obsessed about the food diary and calorie counting and making sure I keep to around 1400 to 1600 calories a day. I hit the 16-7 mark on the scales this morning so that is another milestone for me and now I am determined to lose another 7lbs by the end of March and by April 24th, when I go on holiday for 4 weeks, I am targeting to be down to 15-7 ! I am still weighing in on the Monday aweigh in so hopefully I can get below 16-7 by then Have a good day everybody - John
