Week 7 on the 12 week plan weight loss 18lbs !

I completed week 7 this morning and can report a total loss of 18lbs, which I am really pleased about. I am not exercising in a formal sense as the house move/gardening etc is keeping me active but I am strict/obsessed about the food diary and calorie counting and making sure I keep to around 1400 to 1600 calories a day. I hit the 16-7 mark on the scales this morning so that is another milestone for me and now I am determined to lose another 7lbs by the end of March and by April 24th, when I go on holiday for 4 weeks, I am targeting to be down to 15-7 ! I am still weighing in on the Monday aweigh in so hopefully I can get below 16-7 by then :-) Have a good day everybody - John

  • Hi John, well done, you started just a little over a week earlier than me and you're beating me hands down! I'm hoping to have lost my first stone next week, but I've struggled the last two weeks with no weight loss at all! No reason for it but I've lost two pounds this week so far so I'm hoping to start a steady loss again! Good luck hitting 15-7 for your holidays! 😊

  • Hi jesterpuss, you will smash the one stone loss next week, no worries. I have been lucky in losing every week but I think that sometimes you do stall and then it starts to come off again, everyone is different and the body will go at the pace it wants but long term it will come off and stay off for good, (we all hope), Looking forward to hearing your news next week :-) John

Well done for keeping within your allocated calorie range, and to achieving your milestone of achieving 16-7 on the scales.
