Hi guys, I've now been using this website and the weight loss tools for 2 weeks now and so far have lost 4lb 😃. My first goal is to lose 1 stone 7lb before I fly to Turkey for my brothers weeding in May 🍹👰🏼🌴🛫👙💃🏼🍾.
I'm so excited that just making these small changes with food and one spin class a week is really helping. I'm a busy women who works all the time and looks after her husband at the same time, even my husband has started to make some changes but Thursday nights when I'm spinning is his takeaway night just so I'm not in the house but then he doesn't feel like he's missing out!
Anyway keep it up guys, we can do this! 1 stone 3lb to go ☺️
