Two weeks ago 12.6st this week (apres ski!) 12.7st. So to skiing... we arrived at a gorgeous hotel with buffets on tap. My instinct for the first couple of days was to eat anything in sight being on holiday. However!! As I realised that we would be skiing all day and I gradually got into the exercise the need to eat thankfully decreased. It was a wonderful week and I have come back feeling very inspired to up the fitness levels (I did struggle towards the end of the week to even get out of bed I ached so much!) And lose more weight. I am so grateful for the weight loss so far, I would have really struggled otherwise! So 1 pound gain, I am on the monthlies at the moment so am relieved it wasn't more of a gain. Aiming to lose some weight though next week. I hope everyone else's week is going well ☺
