What's best for breakfast ?
Poached egg,Snackpot beans,tomatoes,mushroom all cooked with fry light & milk for my cuppa, 325 calories
Or Cereal of choice ?
Say Cornflakes with Alpro 228 calories or marmite on toast ?
Should I steer away from bread ?
I'm just thinking of not being hungry again at 11am, I tend to be if I have a cereal,
