Newbie 3 days in ๐Ÿ˜€

Hi everyone just thought I'd say hello. I started the 12 week plan on Monday after becoming so fed up with trying and failing every diet that there ever was!! But I can't believe how simple this is ( I hope I'm doing this right ???) I have already started planning my meals for the next day and even have contingencies for my stress/ emotional eating whilst at work. I love my nutracheck app which helps me keep track on the go. Fingers crossed I will be able to make permanent changes to my mindset and lifestyle...but so far so good. First weigh day Monday eeek ๐Ÿ™ˆ Hoping to be as successful as some of the posts I've read xx

    You are right it is about making permanent changes, not a 'diet' in sight!!! Go with it, celebrate all the highs and put behind you all the lows !!๐Ÿ˜ƒ

  • Hi Nellie, I have only started last week myself, but I am still in shock at how easy it is. So either we are both doing something wrong, or yes it is this simple. Good luck!

  • The nhs 12 week plan is so easy to follow and works wonders and has done for many of us who have followed it already. It's great to hear that you are planning your meals for the next day :-) and this is how it gets you. When you plan meals you can make the right choices and go from there. I have been following what I have learned now for over a yr and still to this day plan, plan, plan everything. I have time off for celebrations and then get right back to it. Good luck on your journey and best wishes for your first weigh in with many successes :-)
