Hi everyone just thought I'd say hello. I started the 12 week plan on Monday after becoming so fed up with trying and failing every diet that there ever was!! But I can't believe how simple this is ( I hope I'm doing this right ???) I have already started planning my meals for the next day and even have contingencies for my stress/ emotional eating whilst at work. I love my nutracheck app which helps me keep track on the go. Fingers crossed I will be able to make permanent changes to my mindset and lifestyle...but so far so good. First weigh day Monday eeek 🙈 Hoping to be as successful as some of the posts I've read xx
