Good morning

Hi all , well I got through yesterday fine -only one day I know but I was pleased with myself , I can't believe how much better I felt without all that junk food in me ( that's just one day ) and no food after 6 pm worked well for me , so I'm up and running ( not literally ) actually having my morning coffee before the school run -and feeling positive thank you to you all for your messages yesterday -they made me feel confident that I can get through this xxxx

Hi, yes deffo , I have a long journey ahead but I'm taking it a day at a time I'm trying to change my whole way of life as well so as to get rid of all the negativity around me , hard but achievable in slow steps , we can do it xxxx

I have been dieting for 7 weeks now and each day is one at a time for me too, but have managed to lose just over a stone.
