Hi everybody. Just water to say hi and how reading yoiur posts has inspired me. I have completed the C25K and really enjoyed running, but unfortunately an old knee injury has forced me to take on power walking instead. I'm walking 3 times per week for 5k and thoroughly enjoying it. Its hard when its real cold like today but feel proud of myself when I've completed the walks.

I'm looking forward to continuing to read all of your posts and stay in touch.

Congratulations on completing C25k. I did it too but prefer walking these days. Welcome to the forum!


Hi I've just started day one week one and really enjoyed it . I'm not a runner at all but I'd like to think I can do this. If not I will definitely walk. Keep up the Good work.

Good luck with the running. Any extra exercise is good for you, regardless
