Week 6

I'm very disappointed today. I maintained my weight which feels like a kick after all my efforts this week. I felt so good about the whole process, ate well (have got to have a good hard look at that) and exercised as much as could fit in (will have to try to fit more in) so the scales really do feel like a naughty step this morning.

I'm not giving up but I'm quite disheartened at the moment. Must try harder.

Don't be too hard on yourself, sometimes the scales don't always give us the results we deserve🤔

Have you measured yourself? I'm a great believer in inch loss as well. A few week ago a fellow poster suggested measuring your waist with a bit of string, cut the string to size and the put in an envelope and after 4 weeks re measure yourself!!!
