Only one small beer this week, but one piece of birthday cake. Getting more used to smaller portions and being able to assess all the food I eat.

Enjoying Waitrose's low-cal ready meals (325-450cals), a bit too much salt, but I don't have any extra salt in my home-cooked food. Total of 6.5lb lost, looking forward to the first 10lbs to come off. Still clinically obese (BMI 30.93). BP not gone up too much so far.
