Week 1 Weight in

Last week I weighed in at 13st 10 and now I'm 13st 5, so a really pleasing 5lb off! I didn't think I'd lose so much - I mostly just ate a LOT of fruit! I have a condition which prevents me from doing this often though and it's started a flare up, so I'm going to drop my refined carbs again instead. When I eat high fat and high protein I never feel hungry, so let's see if a change in plan is as sucessful next week?

I also COMMIT to doing a focused physical activity each day. Normally, I simply aim for 10K steps, but would like to incorporate yoga and/or kettle bells into my schedule. There are some useful 10 minute You Tube videos, so there are really NO EXCUSES! Until next week.... Happy Weight Loss!
