I am new here, so not sure I am posting in the right place...
I am flo, Ive been trying to lose weight for a couple of years but struggle to stick to plan in the evenings.
My starting weight is 11 lb 4 (height 5'2).
I am hoping to lose 2 stone. I started the 12 week program today and I hope to get as close to that weight loss as possible.
I also plan to try the couch to 5 k and some yoga.
