I am stuck at 10.stone !!! 5 ft 3, so would love to be 9 st 4 lbs!!!
I have just started week 4 and seem to be going backwards I was four weeks ago 9.10lbs !!!
What's occurring? I don't seem to be getting anywhere & making a difference 😂😡 10 lbs is my goal 👍👍👍👍👍
Question, should I restart on week 1 ? Or just carry on ?
