I have type 1 Diabetes, which makes it hard enough to lose weight, but after having a baby I was diagnosed with an over active thyroid. I had my thyroid removed six months ago. I have got at least 2 stone to lose. I have tried Slimming World and weight watchers, but nothign is working. I will now try and follow the NHS 12 week programme and get more regular exercise.
Any tips or hints woudl be great.

I just wanted to say hi as I am in a similar position- I am on the verge of having hypothyroidism and will soon have to start taking medication daily to treat it. It runs on my dads side of the family and I am finding it harder to lose weight than previous attempts. Best of luck on your journey
