Monday 18th January weigh-in

2nd week and I had 3 good days but unfortunately 4 bad days which resulted in a weight gain of 2 lbs. Will try to get back to writing down what I eat. It does keep me in check. Know my own faults. I snacked on quick high calorie food rather than stop to think about what I was eating. Still on target to lose the half stone a month I want to. I've just made it harder for myself! New week. New start.

  • No you just fell off your riding saddle..time to jump back on it happens to us all...but i do think with the weather colder im more hungry....doing a stew tom beef with all vegs in ..a tiny amount of pototoe...but no dumplings has i will devour them all...going to freeze sum up as its all good good for a main meal xx cant wait yummyxxxx

  • Try and make a food planner so you know what you are going to eat for the week to avoid those high calorie snacks and if you have one bad day try and get right back to it the following day. Have you tried using myfitnesspal to log all your food intake ? it's well worth looking into, best wishes this coming week :-)
