Sorry I'm late posting, I have been so busy with my wedding planning and with my sister's dress fitting for her wedding which I went to yesterday which was just amazing She looked beautiful in her dress and to see her face beaming with pure happiness was just a beautiful picture
I had selected a song for my wedding which is just 4 weeks away now and I love the song, but after scrolling through the wedding song selection I have found one which I could play forever more and is just so beautiful it almost had me in tiers which I think it will on the day. I just had to share this with you all today I hope you enjoy listening to it. I will begin my walk on minute 2 of the song and as I walk down the isle I will be taking that next step on my journey where two become one and get married. I feel so happy right now and so blessed words can't express how I feel inside Please have a listen to it
This week I have maintained so I remain 10 stone 10 lbs which I am still beaming about for me to have made it this far is phenomenal and I find myself in a place which I only dreamed of reaching and made that dream my reality, my dream has come true and I am so happy that I got to share this with all you lovely guys and girls. I bought myself another size 10 dress whilst out shopping with my sister and when I got it home and tried it on the person looking back at me is in awe of herself and what she has achieved. I've changed my life for the better and am ready to begin a new chapter as a wife. Wow did I just say that
When I close my eyes whilst listening to this beautiful piece of music it reminds me of the joy I feel inside

I am enjoying listening to your beautiful choice of music (Pachelbel's Canon in D), and it is really lovely! Great choice! It will make everyone feel very emotional on the day, I am sure, as I feel emotional just listening to it now!

It's lovely to hear you're so happy and beaming with joy, and I think that thoughts of your dress and Wedding cake etc must be affecting you too - as you spoke of 'tiers' of joy - which definitely brings up visions of cake layers to me - rather than 'tears' of the wet variety.
I'm sure there will both at your Wedding, tears of joy and tiers of Wedding cake - both will be lovely, and most importantly you will be a Beautiful Bride - and your Groom and future husband is a very lucky man!

I love Pachelbel's Canon in D too. But I haven't heard it for years. What a great, timeless choice Trafford1. Hope you'll really treasure these days of preparation and being surrounded by the people you love. It's great to hear that in the meantime you're maintaining your excellent new weight and even buying size 10 dresses - 10 seems to be your lucky number at the moment
I know you're not resting on your laurels, as I know from my own experience that it takes a lot of effort to stay the same weight, having been in the 10s for 4 months now. In fact you did three 10ks last week, or was it more than that? So I hope you're finding a balance between exercising and making time for your wedding preparations etc.

This new weight and just being firmly in the 10's makes me so proud and 10 does appear to be my lucky number right now, but hopefully not for long
Defo not resting on my laurels and keep pushing for more and your so right about the effort it takes to stay the same weight. We have to work for those calories these days and it's not easy hun. I have been getting my running game on as it's become a bit of an addiction, but have had to rest my legs as they can only do so much, but I did also run 12.87 kms last week.
I am making time for everything as best I can with the family, exercise, wedding planning and work. I feel I have found the right balance with each.
I forgot about the 12.87km! I ran a tiny 3k this morning - but it was fast and controlled, so hopefully on my way back up to the bigger numbers again soon without too much trouble. Glad you like T1 - I was just being lazy! I sometimes get called RCR on the couch to 5k forum - sounds very businesslike but I like it
3 k is better than no k RCR, I like that name as well and thanks for the new nick name which I do really like, I've got moreless already using it so that's really cool

I hope your sis had a fabulous day it is my sisters birthday today how lucky we are to have sisters, and for you to be there for each other, So glad you can look in the mirror and be proud and happy - I love to buy size 10's such a pity we can't wear the labels on the outside 😜 And it's so nice to buy things that look nice rather than because it fits. It is such a pity we cannot wear the labels on the outside, although I did have a size 10 on today where the label can be in or out LOL H&M I decided to wear it on the inside, although I really wanted to leave it out
I chose Beyonce 'Hello' originally, as this really means a lot because he had me at 'Hello', but after hearing Canon in D I decided this is the one! I begin my walk on minute 2. I also chose Mary J 'Everything' because he is my everything and I am his, but this piece of music symbolizes so much more I don't mind you being nosey Prin it's all good

Oh Trafford! I've only just found this thread, I looked on Saturday and couldn't find it and didn't stumble upon it yesterday either.
I have a lump in my throat just reading your post and soaking up the love and joy that's flowing out of it. Your music has been a favourite of mine, for as long as I can remember, I have it on a cd and listen to it frequently. Whenever I listen to it now, I shall think of you walking down the aisle to your union with Mr T.
