Day one

ok, so today was day one of healthy eating properly for a while, I am using a rough guide and had done really well up until tea time when my daughter asked me to try her cakes. To be fair, it wasn't even a great cake :(

I think til that point I had had 980 calories, plus a few cups of tea which I probably haven't counted so not too bad. I want to lose 6lbs, but ideally a stone.

  • hi Emma glad you have got started, look forward and count the calories in for each day over a week they will average out. Next time cut cake in half and tell her you will eat other half later. Good luck today plan ahead before you eat it x
