Week 1 was great.
Each week I've decided to write down two things i'm going to try and practice in the last section of things to try to help you achieve healthy habits each week. Then add on as I go along each week to ensure I'm truly making a change instead of just finishing each week and moving on without cultivating those good habits.
Down 4.6lbs since November when stress and emotions Got the best of me and I went down 1.4lb this week. Also I'm just over Halfway through 30 day shred.
