First week weigh in

Hi all, well pleased with the first weeks loss, a satisfying 9 pounds, and boy can i feel the difference! i am not naive enough to think this can carry on and realise the next weeks will mean a lot less loss and a lot more work, time to find a balance of diet and exercise now that will sustain a steady loss, i have a goal and a date to achieve it by as i fly out to Cyprus for a few months in March, i have two tips, i created a board with a calendar/chart, pictures of things i want to achieve, places i want to be, shopping lists, notes and words of encouragement, stuck on the kitchen wall so its right in your face!!! and plan meals, simple list of meals, plan to win!!! just going to update mine with this weeks exercise schedule on, good luck all and thanks for your support

  • I'm so glad my days of requiring to be shredded for outdoor raves have passed :-D

  • The only shredding I've ever done, has been to cabbages! :D

  • 1lb off for this week, should have been 5 but made a rookie mistake of not tracking everything for the weekend.

    Saturday morning I weighed myself and I had lost 5lbs, by Monday morning that had gone down to 1 😕
