good morning I managed 7km on my cross trainer yesterday and am now starting the 10,000 step challenge from today to build up the kms and burn off the calories. done 4000 so far this morning. is it best to post my kms from my morning workout or my steps for the whole day.
Last week was my first week and I lost 4ilbs and that included a girls dinner out - so feeling inspired for week 2.
