Yea, though I walk through the valley of dark chocolate...

....boy did I fear the evil!!!

A wonderful colleague/ friend of mine returned from Costa Rica recently and today presented me this love gift bag of an assortment of my favourite - dark chocolate with mint. She sent it via on of my students at the end of a very long day when my hunger was beginning to bite!

After the lesson I gave some of the kids one of the bags and THAT was where the battle started for me. In opening the bag the smell wafted over me and, as the kids hadn't eaten all, when they left the classroom I was left with this huge temptation goading me! Just have one, you can't REALLY go no sugar in your life, can you?

I sat trying to do a bit more work but the smell was overwhelming. Finally I decided the go to the next classroom and offer them all up to high-metabolism-endowed colleague...sigh!

I have the same issues, I'm just a girl who can't say no lol!! I caved in with a toffee crisp yesterday, but today is a new day. I have a large box of Thorntons from xmas, which I am going to donate to a local charity shop for them to raffle.
