So I have had a water infection for the last 3 days, and my IBS is playing up... Bad! TMI; I haven't moved my bowels in the last 3 days either 😢 But... I have just done my midweek weigh in and I haven't lost an ounce! But, I have not put on an ounce either!! This is good, this is positive I'm still under 13, with a water infection and with a flare up of IBS. I hope this moves on soon though as I wanna see my goal of 12'6 by the end of January!
