Smoothie suggestions please

Got lots of fruit starting to go over. I'm figuring to stew them, or make smoothies. Thing is, should I do the smoothies with creme fraiche, natural yoghurt or low fat ice cream?

I do banana, raspberrys, pine nuts, kale and Low fat raspberry yogurt with water. It's lovely!!

i use quark, its technically a cheese but its low it fat high in protein, and it makes it creamy without adding many calories :)
