Hi sandra, I certainly had a happy Christmas, although not too sure it was healthy, but one unhealthy day does not make for an unhealthy year

I hope you have a relatively easy day at work and that you find time to enjoy the season a little later than the rest of us.

We should have some interesting posts on the next weigh in, so I hope to see you there

I'll have to get more informed about the weigh in, I'll do that this evening as I'm still at work , if you can believe it haha. And not to worry, it does not matter one day, at the end of the day it's Christmas and you have to enjoy it!!

I was surrounded by chocolates and biscuits as we usually get for Christmas but I was very brave and resisted the temptation😊
