I don't make myself throw up! I love chocolate, it just doesn't sit well with my system.
Meal 1: Slice homemade crustless quiche ( egg, tomato, onion, broccoli, salmon
Meal 2: Three brown bread rolls, leek and potato soup, roast courgette, pudding: chocolate mouse and a pina colada
Snack: 1 brown marmite toast and a banana

Exercise: 45 mins walking and 15 mins yoga
