Weigh in day!!!

I managed to lose a measly 1/4lb this week but have had a few challenges thrown my way! Works xmas do, partners birthday, wedding party at work, parents evening (14 hour day) and much more. I shopped quite badly this week with not much planning involved.

I'm on wk 2 r2 of c25k and feeling awesome. I've had some cake and crap today and now that's out of my system, I shall be on it like a bonnet! I would love to have a stone by xmas so that's 4lbs in 2 weeks. I can do it! I'm going to up the exercise this week and plan and write it all down, it's achievable. I will be weighing in a day early on xmas day so fingers crossed!

How is everyone doing this week? I'm just going to catch up on some posts!

Lotsaluv,

Hey, that's great, you lost half a pack of butter in spite of all the challenges thrown at you, very well done! It's all going in the right direction, you can do it!

Hey Elsie, the fact that you lost a quarter of a pound with so many things going on in your life, shows that you've learned the healthy eating lessons well - you could have easily put on 3lbs, but you didn't! Every ounce lost is to be celebrated and I'll bet next week you'll find yourself well on your way to your 1st goal,

All the best :)

That's the main thing for me! New habits are what I need for sure and I feel I'm definitely on the right track there! E xxx

Lol 25p is 25p, I'll take every quarter of a pound that's on offer!

Yeah, not so bad. Home alone for the day and trying not to pick :)

I'm still showing a downward trend, so that's good. The bad thing is, it's slowing down a little. :)

Yeh it has a horrible tendency to do that doesn't it? Well done for not picking! :-)

I don't worry though, because all week I weigh myself last thing at night (when I'm at my heaviest) but weigh myself on Monday Weigh-in, in the morning when I'm the lightest :D

So I know I'm on target :)

plot your weight on a graph it is really revealing and shows exactly where the problem is. you can see the downward trend even if there are a few blips. I have learnt not to be too discouraged by a Half pound fluctuation but weighing on a daily basis keeps me on track. Now hubby who is definitely not watching his weight but scavenging all my abstentions has managed to lose 5 pound since he came back from FT !! I hope the quarter pound increase from yesterday will be gone tomorrow but It makes me consider more carefully and calorie count todays intake.

I also track my progress on a graph and keep it as my profile picture and update the following post healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... The trend is all important.

I wish I'd paid more attention to monitoring other measurements from the offset, but hey, I will get there in the end.

Thanks for the support :)

Well done on your weight loss this week. It is very possible to lose 4 lbs in two weeks and I wish you the very best of luck achieving this goal. You can do it Elsie :-)
